Job Description
- Responsible for providing inputs in formulating sales and marketing strategies for FTL logistics, based on the study of potential markets, domains, projects, and products
- Responsible for branch network development, to ensure profitability and growth of the FTL logistics business
- Rasponsible for identifying customer’s FTL requirements, and clearly communicate the relevant products to match their needs
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and potential customers for FTL logistics, via personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service
- Responsible for building a strong client relationship to ensure that FTL products perform and grows to their maximum potential, reducing attrition rate and minimizing opportunities for competitors to gain the FTL business
- Responsible for timely co-ordination with the FTL head and multiple cress functional teams, to ensure overall customer satisfaction of our clients
- Ensure lead gemoration and qualification of leads, for the FTL logistics business
- Responsible for the managing and handling RFQ response documents related to the FTL business, coming to the company
- Responsible fu: updating market input frequently, for the FTL logistics business
- Responsible for building and driving campaigns for the FTL logistics business, across different platforms like exhibitions, magazines, social media
- Responsible for managing and coordinating all commercial activities related to the FTL business, of all customers, in line with the company’s short and long term results and targets
- Ensure timely payment collections by submitting the invoices, for all FTL logistics business
- Responsible for undertaking sales presentations for FTL logistics business, to customers about the company and its products and services
- Responsible for participation in Total Employee Involvement initiatives of QCC/Kaizen and completion of related projects
