Job Description
- Responsible to coordinate with the account manager and understand the business requirement
- Responsible for posting job listings, completing interviews, and proactively participating in meetings with the client
- Review resumes and applications and conduct initial screenings.
- Conduct feasibilty study at client site on the requirements and to provide the report
- Responsible for timely coordination with client’s hiring and staffing process
- Responsible for identifying potential candidates, screen job applications, and maintain confidential database, documents, and records
- Responsible for developing new, more efficient recruiting metrics, and work towards constantly improving the whole recruitment process
- Responsible for creating sourcing strategies from online portals, e.g. naukri, linkedIn etc.
- Assist in compiling recruitment data and generating reports to track key metrics and recruitment trends
- Responsible for meeting with the hiring managers of the clients, to understand the role requirement and niche skills, if any
- To comply with the needs of the company, and to take on any other work allocated by your supervisor.
- Responsible for maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports, and feedback reports
- Ensure self-involvement and timely and efficient completion of TEI initiatives of Kaizen/QCC related projects leading to efficiency gains/ cost reduction
