Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Identify the hiring needs of client requirements and develop a talent pipeline for all the requirements
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the position.
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to attract potential candidates.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Proactively reach out to passive candidates and engage them in discussions about potential job opportunities.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications based on the client requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Coordinate with candidates for Document collection and verification for salary negotiations
- Preparation of salary fitment and ensure the smooth negotiation with the candidates.
- Preparation and finalisation of Offer letter for our internal hiring needs.
- Ensure Pre Employment medical check up, BGV for all the candidates as per policy.
- Follow up with offered candidates and update the stakeholder on their joining dates.
- Responsible for on-boarding of new incumbents.
- Facilitate the recruitment process for conducting Campus Placements.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a talent pool for current and future job openings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve sourcing and hiring processes.
- Maintain and Update Recruitment Tracker on daily basis.
- Ensure timely report submission on employment activity status.
