Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Responsible for managing the payroll calendar, and updating the same in case of any changes, for each of the client
- Responsible for input data considering all attendance, bonuses, leaves etc.
- Responsible for migration activities for new client onboarding and completing the migration process on time
- Responsible in Front end configuration for New clients migration and existing clients logic changes
- Responsible for verification of employee data to account for transfers, resignation, and new joiners
- Ensure adherence to customer’s payroll calendar
- Responsible for addition of new joiners in the system, and verification of their details
- Responsible for managing reconciliation and tax-filling post payroll processing, and rectify discrepancies, if any
- Responsible for alignment with customer’s policy including leave policy, allowances, overtime etc.
- Ensure compliance with state specific tax laws and other statutory guidelines
- To comply with the needs of the company, and to take on any other work allocated by your supervisor.
- Ensure self-involvement and timely and efficient completion of TEI initiatives of Kaizen/QCC related projects leading to efficiency gains/ cost reduction
